Shai Moshe
Shai began at Polycom as a software quality-assurance engineer and went on to spend twenty-five years across audiovisual and unified communications roles at AGT, Easynet, AVI-SPL and CDW. Repeatedly, he found that teams could not verify what was attached to their networks, so he founded CybrIQ in 2022 and leads the work to turn that question into evidence.
Shai ran a 365-site video network at AGT, and put sixteen News Corp companies onto a single platform for Fox. Both jobs were big and spread out, and both ran to a deadline.
The engineering was manageable. One problem kept coming back in both: nobody could state, with evidence, what was connected. Every tool that claimed to answer it turned out to be answering a narrower question, such as what has an agent, what signed in, or what purchasing recorded.
CybrIQ came out of a decision to read what the switches already knew and to say which parts stayed unclear. The second half is harder to keep. It is why every product here publishes a ceiling it will not exceed.

Twenty-five years in audiovisual and unified communications: at Polycom, AGT, Easynet, AVI-SPL and CDW, and six of those years running his own unified communications firm. The same problem kept surfacing in every one of those roles: no organization could say with certainty what was connected to its network. He founded CybrIQ in 2022 to fix it.
